Twenty One Years and Counting...

This year we celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary, but for some reason we thought we were married for 23 years.  I guess once you reach the twentieth mark, it feels like you've been married forever.....

We went to South Lake Tahoe for our anniversary.  Here are a few of the pictures that we took:

RM and I were walking in the downtown area of Lake Tahoe looking for a place to have lunch and came across Zoltar,  The fortune teller.
For only one dollar, Zoltar tells you your fortune.

I gave Zoltar one dollar and he predicted that the more money I give him -
 I would become more wiser.
I gave Zoltar an additional five dollars.

We had lunch at Echo Restaurant.
I wanted to try something  different and ordered Seafood Cioppino.
It was love at first bite.
RM told me that Cioppino is one of his favorite soups - I never knew that about him.

After twenty years, I still find something new about him all the time.

When we told our waiter we were celebrating our anniversary, he didn't charge us for our desserts!  RM had this delicious flan.

And I ordered creme brulee - my favorite!  (which isn't really true,  since I have so many favorite desserts)

After lunch, we saw this giant bike.  There was a "Do Not Climb" sign in front of the bike.
In RM's mind that sign meant "I Dare You".

RM posted this on Facebook the day of our wedding anniversary:
"A beautiful day and a relaxing lunch in Lake Tahoe celebrating 21 years of haaarrrd work..oh, I meant our anniversary. After all these years I've concluded that I am still not the boss".

In all seriousness, I'm not his boss .....I just like telling him what to do.
