He's home!

Moe was released from the hospital yesterday.

The results from his MRI came out clear- No surgery needed! But since he was still in a lot of pain, they kept him for one more night. However, Moe will still be checking in with a neurologist just to make sure that nothing like this happens again.

I was worried about the pain he was in, but the doctors believe that the pain should lessen within a few days. He was prescribed some painkillers that seem to do the job.

When Moe woke up this morning, he didn't ask for any painkillers....he asked for chocolate chip cookies!

He knew that we had homemade chocolate chip cookies that some friends of ours made for him, and he asked if he could have one chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. I told him he could have two cookies.

He said, "Well...I don't think two cookies are going to be enough. I should have at least four or 5 cookies.

I asked him, "Do you want a glass of milk with that?"

"That's a great idea", then Moe paused and added, "That should make the cookies more nutritious for breakfast."

He was serious.

As far as I'm concerned....Moe can have chocolate chip cookies all day long.
